3C Securities (India) Private Limited (3CS) was started by Wing Commander CC Chowdary who has had over two decades of experience in the Indian Air Force and another Six years experience in the Corporate world in Industrial/ Commercial Security Services. He is joined by several Ex-Defence Service Officers who have immense experience in the fields of asset protection, crisis management, training, loss prevention and related technologies.

Wing Commander CC Chowdary, Managing Director

An Economics graduate, Wing Commander CC Chowdary joined Indian Air Force as Pilot Officer and in a short span of time, was recognized for innovative work and was commended a number of times by his Superior Officers. On promotion to the rank of Flight Lieutenant, he was appointed as Squadron Commander for Air Traffic Services. He went on to become a Wing Commander and Commanded Air Traffic Services Squadron at the prestigious Air Base Yelahanka. He played an active role in three consecutive Aero India international Air Shows, apart from conduct of the Air Shows, he was responsible for critical responsibilities including Security & Intelligence, Disaster Management & Business Continuity.

After a few more years of varied experience in the corporate world, he planned 3C Security Services in 2013. He is also socially active with philanthropic ideas and has contributed significantly in the area of community development. Being a disciplined soldier, he has also volunteered his services for the welfare of the girl child, slum children and unaided schools.

Veteran Air Marshal BK Pandey , PVSM, VSM, VM, former Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Training Command, IAF has lead various projects from the front. He has been associated with prestigious institutions in the Armed Forces like the National Defence Academy at Pune and the Defense Services Staff College at Wellington. He has served as the Air Attaché at the Embassy of India at Kabul, Afghanistan. Presently, he is Editor for SP's AirBuz & Aviation magazines.

A keen social worker and community development activist, Latha has participated in uplifting the downtrodden and in bringing justice to the underprivileged. Her contribution towards education of the girl child, especially the under privileged, has helped mould them into good citizens thus contributing to the development of society. Constantly striving to promote literacy, social harmony & peace in the society, she enjoys the support and confidence of employees of the involved organizations.
