The fast growing security needs for organizations and people and the domain growth prospects has inspired veteran Indian Air Force Officer CC Chowdary to foray into this field. An alumni of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, alumni, Wg Cdr CC Chowdary lead from the front activities such as Security, Counter Intelligence, Disaster Management & Business Continuity, Air Operations, Fire Fighting & First Aid Teams while in service. He served as CEO of a Public Private Partnership organization in Bangalore and spear headed as Chief Operations Officer for a Control Solutions & Parking Management company. He is also experienced in Financial Services companies having lead the teams as COO & Director of operations, with unique exposure into the corporate world. He served with the President of India as personal Flight Liaison Officer, and has won many laurels working with bureaucrats, police & fire fighting services, hospitals, heads of states, global chiefs and other dignitaries. Being a commando, he won many gold medals in martial arts & boxing and has great passion for discipline, commitment, zeal, vigilance, courage with courtesy & charm. These attributes helped lay the foundations for his vision to come true at 3CS.

When he deliberated on a name for the organization, he wanted it to reflect on Swami Vivekananda's 3Cs for every individual for his contentedness & about complete humane approach with honesty, sincerity & truthfulness into his organization and the market. As a concept, security was certainly not novel. But he wanted it to be distinctly different in its approach to the client and the community at large. And so to enable that, 'Courage, Courtesy & Charm', became part of 3CS. He worked at the very core of this business delivery along with the security professionals and technology.

He believed that well nurtured and mentally well-prepared security professionals would be in better position to protect others. As such at 3CS, there is greater focus on employee wellness initiatives and training. The essence of the orientation program offered as mandatory to all security professionals at 3CSIPL, is to encourage exercise of authority and displaying ownership on the job. These besides integrity and honesty, constitute the organization's core values. A sense of ownership, however, can only come from a very satisfied employee with deep attachment to his job and organization. This takes us back to the Managing Director's firm belief that keeping the security professionals happy is quintessential for ensuring the security of the clients. And the clients benefit from the dedication, discipline, fitness and agility of the professionals that comes as result of the sense of ownership that is ingrained into them. And this sums up the professionalism and protection philosophy behind 3CS.

3C Securities has an effective monitoring system in place to ensure constant vigil and alertness of the security professionals on duty. There is continuous training, a system of incentives, rewards and penalties in place to encourage highest quality of service from among the personnel.

In the last two years, 3CS has grown several times in size and we are now venturing into markets outside Bangalore. 3CS is a member organization of the Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI) and holds accreditation with the Karnataka Security Services Association (KSSA). 3CS has also been licensed by Karnataka State Police under Private Security Agencies Regulation Act 2005 (PSARA licensed) vide No. ISD-PSA/77/2012 dated 05-03-2012.
